|
 |
Step two: Check your usage
Once you’ve accessed the usage tool, you’ll see an ongoing summary of current usage for the current month in the left column (A).
Below this, your usage will be broken down into how much you’ve downloaded, how much you’ve uploaded (B), and how these figures compare to the usage allowance for your specific
Internet service.
In the top right, you’ll see any additional usage charges.(C)
|
If you click on the “Day To Day” tab, you’ll have access to a day-to-day usage summary, so you can clearly see how changes to you or your family’s schedule or habits may have affected usage.

|
The “Previous Monthly History” tab will outline how your usage varies from one month to the next, so you can anticipate future changes you’d like to make to your service.

|
When you reach 75% and 100% of your usage allowance you will receive an online notification. The date of this notification will be shown in the ‘Notification History’ of the usage tool.

|

In addition to our usage tool, we also offer automatic online notifications.
So you can stop counting gigabytes and surf securely. Like your car's fuel gauge, we'll keep your posted on those rare occasions when you're approaching your allowance.
Here's how it works
If you reach 75% and 100% of your monthly usage, you will receive an online notification.
These alerts won't interfere with your surfing. And they're completely private – they're triggered only by your total usage, not by the specific website you're visiting.
And should you wish, with a simple click, you can choose not to see your notifications.
You'll always have the freedom to acknowledge and dismiss a bulletin, and the notice will be added to your notification history in our online usage tool.
