Changes to My Bill

You will receive a new Rogers bill when your services are moved onto the Rogers network. The new bill offers the convenience of a single bill for all your Rogers services, multiple payment methods including pre-authorized chequing or credit card payments. Should you want to receive your bill electronically, you can sign up for an online bill on rogers.com and we will stop sending you a paper bill.bill

Some things you should note:

  • You will be assigned a new Rogers account with a new account number.
  • Unused credit balances on your old ACI account will be automatically transferred to your new Rogers account.
  • Outstanding ACI balances must be paid prior to the transition. Accounts in delinquent status will not be moved to the Rogers network but will be disconnected as per existing ACI policies.
  • If you currently pay your ACI bill online, please remember to change the account number and the payee name to Rogers.

Whether you decide to use pre-authorized banking, Internet banking, credit card payments or to send us a cheque each month, it's your choice. When you call one of our specially trained Advisors to transition your account, you can confirm your choice of payment.
