You will receive a new Rogers bill when your services are moved onto the
Rogers network. The new bill offers the convenience of a single bill for
all your Rogers services, multiple payment methods including pre-authorized
chequing or credit card payments. Should you want to receive your bill
electronically, you can sign up for an online bill on rogers.com and we
will stop sending you a paper bill.
Some things you should note:
Whether you decide to use pre-authorized banking, Internet banking, credit card payments or to send us a cheque each month, it's your choice. When you call one of our specially trained Advisors to transition your account, you can confirm your choice of payment.
After you receive your first new Rogers invoice, you can sign up for pre-authorized payment and/or electronic billing by
