Aurora Cable TV (ACI) is now part of the Rogers family of companies. We are excited to be in your neighbourhood, and to be able to offer you the full suite of Rogers services.

Rogers offers a wide range of communication and home entertainment choices. Some of the new services and features you'll enjoy include:

How this will affect your services
What you need to do before your change date
  • Ensure your ACI bill is paid in full
  • Call Rogers at 1-866-210-7918 or visit one of our two participating Rogers stores (click here for details) to select the Rogers services that meet your needs and to avoid service disruption.
  • If you currently subscribe to digital service, your ACI digital box will have to be replaced. A Rogers Digital Box will be couriered at no charge to you or it can be picked up at the former ACI office at 350 Industrial Parkway South
  • An installation appointment will be scheduled if you wish to subscribe to Rogers Home Phone
What will happen on your change date?
  • Your services will be changed on the change date
  • There will be a short service disruption when the changeover occurs. The TV channel lineup will be changed to the Rogers lineup
  • Digital TV: remember to swap your Aurora box for the new Rogers Digital Box before going to bed on the night of your change date. The ACI box will not work after the change and the Rogers Digital Box will be required to continue to receive digital programming
  • Internet: You don't have to do anything, but Rogers suggests that you power off your computers before going to bed on the night of your change date. After your change date, you will have to change your email address (please see Internet section for details)
  • Cablephone: You will experience a short disruption of your ACI phone service including 911 for up to one hour. If you need to use your ACI phone service during this time, you can reset your VoIP service terminal (MTA) and your phone service will be immediately restored. If you have subscribed to Rogers Home Phone, your Cablephone will be switched during your scheduled appointment (after the changeover). If not, your Cablephone will stop working immediately after the change date
